The ordering period for a given week of OTMO deliveries is from Friday at 4PM until Monday at 11:59PM of that week. Any orders placed during that time will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday between 4 and 9PM, or Friday between 12 and 9PM depending on your delivery zone. Any order placed after Monday at 11:59PM, may be delivered subject to availability, or will be delivered the following week.
In ordering from us, you acknowledge and agree to:
1) Ensure that your order is correct. Please review your confirmation email after submitting your order. OTMO strives to ensure that your confirmation email is accurate. However, your printed invoice represents the final bill. Please report any spoiled or missing items as soon as possible. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All invoices are considered accurate after 7 days.
2) Put your empty and clean reusable delivery bins out for pick up before 4:00pm on the day of delivery. Pay $15 for each additional delivery bin that you have not returned to OTMO.
All bins, icepacks, freezer jackets, etc. are the property of OTMO and must be returned in a timely manner and in their original condition. If not, your account may be charged or deposits not refunded.
You will be charged for your groceries the day of or day after delivery. Please keep your account information up to date. Payment is required for each delivery. If you are paying by cheque, cheques are to be made out to On The Move Organics.
It is the responsibility of the person ordering to ensure their payment and empty re-usable bin is left in the arranged drop-off point. Additional charges may take place if the customer does not comply with this request and it becomes a pattern.
